Jill: Resident evil 5's new leading lady

Jill: the new leading lady of 'Resident evil 5: Gold
Our favourite Resi girl is set to steal some spotlight in the upcoming Resident evil 5: Gold, which features two additional scenario's with Jill as a playable character. One scenario will cover Jill and Chris infiltrating the Spencer mansion, leading up to the turn of events where they find Wesker, a dead Spencer and Jill decides to chuck herself out of a window. And a second scenario will cover how Jill manages to hit up Chris on his iPhone, and end up on a helicopter with Josh. I guess both Chris and Jill both like them some brown sugar...

Chris has the kinda muscles dudes get from stints in prison, and by having steroids crushed into their Corn flakes. He has the power to punch rocks with his bare fists and send them catapulting into rivers of lava. Yet he can't kick through a damn front door and makes Jill lock pick the shit?! Wow. Talk about all talk, no show, and sheer delegation.

With Jill and Chris back together, we get the horrendously corny lines making re-appearances. And I heard one too many in this trailer.

"Hard to believe that was 8 years ago. Guess I am getting older" - Yes. You are.

"What the hell is it's problem!?" - Possibly that you're fighting some poor sod who has been infected by a virus, and you're trespassing on a property it's been assigned to protect. You silly bitch.

"What the hell is that smell!?" - You're walking through doo-doo and blood stained basement cells containing smeared blood, dead bodies and rats. Take your pick. You silly bitch.

I like how these new scenario's look, because I love Jill. She's my bitch for life. And Nina Williams rip-off aside; I like how Capcom made Jill capable by having her enrol in some kung-fu and gymnastics classes in-between Resident evil 3: Nemesis and 5. But I can't help but feel like Capcom are deliberately going out of their way to just pinch extra money out of fans. They've done it with near enough every one of their high profile PS3 and Xbox 360 releases so far. From bonus outfits in Street Fighter IV that should have been made free unlockables in the game, to new missions for Resident evil 5 that should have been made unlockable upon completion of the game. Surely Capcom could have given at least one of these modes for free?! They never should have charged for 'Versus'. Perhaps they can make that shit free about now.
